Super Eagles begin training ahead of Tanzania clash

New Eagles handler Sunday Oliseh took charge of his first training as Super Eagles coach ahead of their crucial 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Tanzania.

The team, only made up of Nigeria based professionals at this point, had a light work out at the National Stadium Abuja football pitch overseen by the technical crew including assistant coaches Jean Francois Losciuto, Salisu Yusuf as well as goalkeeper coach Alloysius Agu.

In the evening, the team focused more on ball work with the NPFL stars eager to show off as each targets a place in the squad to face the Taifa Stars.
Tanzania are in Turkey, also preparing for the make or break AFCON qualifier against the Super Eagles who secured their first victory against Chad in the opening game of the qualifiers for Gabon 2017, the match ended 2-0.
